Delivery & Shipping Policy

Processing Time

In order to process your order, please allow 1 to 2 business days. Processing times are not included in delivery times.

During holiday seasons, please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing.

Dispatch Notification

You will receive an email notifying you that your order is on it's way after processing. If you do not receive a notification within 2 business days, please email us at info@missshee.com with your order number.

Item not delivered?

If you do not receive your item within the estimated delivery time, please send us an email at info@missshee.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping is calculated during check out and rates depend on where you are located globally. 

All local orders within Kampala are shipped via Pink Tie. When your order has been placed, you will receive a phone call to verify your location and time of delivery.

Customs & Duties Charges

Customs and duties charges are determined by the destination country. Miss Shee does not have control over these charges, therefore the charges are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage all customers to inquire about their countries charges.

Order Pickups

Orders can be picked up at our Kampala location at 17 Copper Road, Crane Plaza, Kisementi, Kampala from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
